We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Oracle HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant 

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the Benefits module in Oracle HCM Cloud 
• Configure benefit plans, program groups, rates, options, eligibility profiles, and plan hierarchies 
• Build and maintain Fast Formulas (eligibility, calculation, validation, rates) 
• Manage data loads using HDL/HSDL for employees, enrollments, and benefit configurations 
• Develop and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Extracts 
• Configure alerts, notifications, and approval workflows for benefit events and life changes 
• Personalize benefit self-service screens using HCM Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer 
• Troubleshoot issues with benefit processing, payroll interface impacts, and life event evaluations 
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions 
• Support open enrollment cycles and test scenarios 
• Qualifications we seek in you! 

Be/Mba/M.Tech/Mca

Preferred Skills:

• Benefit plan configuration and eligibility profile setup 
• Fast Formulas – Eligibility, Calculation, Validation 
• HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI 
• Design Studio and Page Composer 
• Understanding of Payroll integration touchpoints with Benefits 
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment and Life Events processing 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with Redwood UX and Journeys 
• Oracle HCM Certification (Benefits or Technical Track) 
• Experience in multi-country benefits implementation
