🔑 Your Role

• Lead and mentor a small team of developers while ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Drive end-to-end backend development using Python (primary) and Java (secondary).
• Architect, design, and deliver secure, high-performance, and scalable applications.
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Perform code reviews, resolve blockers, and optimize system performance.
• Stay ahead with emerging tech, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of strong development experience.
• Expertise in Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI, My sql, Docker , Pandas, CI/CD).
• Good working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot preferred).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Leadership mindset – ability to guide, delegate, and motivate juniors.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Knowledge of frontend (React/Angular) for better cross-team collaboration.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade applications.
