User & Training Systems Support Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a User & Training Systems Support Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Support the implementation and maintenance of training and learner management systems (e.g., Moodle, learner records, user management).
• Assist end-users with technical issues, user access, and training registration through the Service Desk.
• Create and update manuals, procedures, and machine-readable files to support digital systems and workflows.
• Monitor and manage learner data, course iterations, and system content in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide training, documentation, and user support for EBCG Academy’s digital tools and applications.
• Ensure data quality, support system integration, and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in web content management in educational online software used for training management and administration of learners.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in using learning management systems.
• Ability to document solutions and draft manuals, guidelines and procedures.
• Proficient in using MS Office package.
• Knowledge of IT terminology and concepts, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience in the use of ticketing systems, dealing with case, incident and/or problem management.
• At least one year of professional experience in a Call Centre, Service Centre, Support team or Help Desk.
• Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
