Team Lead, Core Banking Program - IBG Ops (MGN Egypt)

Key Result Areas
    •    Operational Process Support: Facilitate changes to operational processes driven by the implementation or upgrade of Oracle Flexcube, ensuring configurations align with new core banking functionalities.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with the operations function to identify, analyze, and address integration of operations products and processes.
•    Testing Plans: Evaluate and support the development and execution of testing plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for all products and processes impacted by the Flexcube implementation.
•    Test Case Review: Assist in reviewing test cases related to various products and processes.
•    Data Quality: Identify data quality issues in the existing system and initiate necessary measures with relevant stakeholders to address these issues promptly.
•    Exception Processes: Ensure exception processes are defined, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place.
•    Documentation Review: Support and review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD), providing necessary sign-off from Operations
 

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with 5-7 years in banking operations.
• Excellent communicator

• Collaborates and Integrates work with other teams including Country Operations, Centralized Operations units, Business and Technology functions
