The Fixed Income team is in charge of managing funds and mandates dedicated to Scor entities and to third-party clients across a wide range of assets, currencies and geographies.
Within a team of ten people and reporting directly to the Head of Fixed Income, the Credit Analyst has in charge the coverage of a list of debt issuers invested by the Fixed Income desk.
The investments could be located within the SCOR mandate or through funds that could be open to third parties.
Within SCOR Investment Partners, the desk “Fixed Income” oversees investments in Investment Grade, High Yield and non-rated debt issued by corporates. The Head of Fixed Income is reporting to the Chief Investment Officer of SCOR Investment Partners.
Within the desk “Fixed Income”, you will be responsible for the full analysis of the issuers you will have been assigned by the Head of Fixed Income.
- You will actively participate to the different steps of a new investment process and will be associated to the
- final investment decision made by the fund managers.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Performing a deep analysis of a list of issuers at inception and monitor the position during the life ofthe investment (quarterly results or press release)
- Performing thorough financial modeling
- Providing fund managers with buy or sell recommendations based on expected changes in issuer credit quality and on relative value analysis
- Identifing new investment opportunities both on the primary and secondary market
- Interacting with companies’ management, sell-side community and rating agencies
- Coordinating credit meetings with SCOR IP fund managers
- Analyzing the legal and financial documentation
Experience:
- A first experience as a credit analyst intern in an asset management firm or a bank
- Experience with U.S domestic names is a plus

Required Education
- CFA and/or MBA in finance from a top-tier program
