The Role

The role’s primary responsibilities would be to manage the Local and Regional Clients as well as Team Management and Development to achieve the growth target of WTW H&B Philippines.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in your areas of expertise.

  • Help achieve the identified team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Clients, Finance, People and Operations aligned with the global and regional objectives of WTW
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services with other WTW lines of business
  • Identify, develop and close strategic client management and growth opportunities
  • Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring that clients are regularly informed about the implications and opportunities that changing laws and regulations have on their benefits plan
  • Ensure appropriate governance and work quality processes are followed on work
  • Contribute to the development of new Health & Benefits tools and approaches within Philippines

The Requirements

  • College graduate
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits within broker firm preferred
  • Experience in the design of group health plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment; prior experience in underwriting or in an actuarial function gained in a carrier environment preferred
  • Proven ability to generate profitable revenue
  • Track record of success in managing large client relationships
  • Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
  • Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health & Benefits plan strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
