We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our Jackpot Team for a 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of two major brand campaign rollouts and managing weekly jackpot campaign activity across Oz Lotto and Powerball.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, creatively, and on budget. If you have a passion for media and creative strategy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. 

What You’Ll Do

As the Assistant Brand Manager – Jackpots, you’ll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams, creative and media agencies, and external partners to ensure our brand shines at every touchpoint.

Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across channels (TV, digital, social, POS, and CRM).

Retail & POS Management: Work in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator on POS stock, ordering, and distribution; support retailer communications and local area marketing initiatives.

Content & Channel Support: Maintain and optimise Jackpot content across digital platforms, social media, and retailer channels.

Media & Performance Marketing: Work in partnership with the Marketing Coordinator to support media planning, asset delivery, and performance optimisation across paid channels.

Reporting & Insights: Manage daily sales reporting, campaign performance tracking, and post-campaign reviews.

Finance & Admin: Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and end-of-month processes.

What You’Ll Bring

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferable.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or brand support role.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with creative production, digital platforms, or retail marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in media and creative campaign delivery.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture.
