We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Product Manager II to drive platform initiatives within the M365 Deployment & SDP domain. This role is central to enabling M365 features to reach sovereign and global markets with agility without inflicting any incidents that could negatively impact customer trust or experience.

Responsibilities

Define and drive strategy and execution of the deployment workflows for COSMIC customers.
Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and cross-geo stakeholders to create a cohesive product plan.
Translate customer and market insights into product roadmap.
Identify innovation opportunities to differentiate platform capabilities.
AI forward thinking to accelerate and simplify developer experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of product management experience.
Solid background in infrastructure and platform technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
Technical acumen in cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strategic mindset with execution focus.
Ability to influence without authority.
Passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
