We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing leader with a proven track record of growing business through innovation, strategic partnerships, and building high-performing teams in a collaborative environment.
As the Head of Industry for Cross Industries, you will lead the sales and go-to-market strategy, driving growth across multiple sectors. This role requires building and nurturing strategic relationships at multiple levels within enterprises, including C-Level engagement with clients, partners, and the broader business ecosystem.
You will be a visionary leader who creates value through innovation by leveraging cross-functional collaboration, including product and solution development, measurement, and process optimization, with a focus on scaling successful initiatives.
You will also build and lead a disciplined and rigorous execution, process-driven team, acting as a hands-on sales coach to develop talent and manage performance. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively navigate uncertainty and lead experienced, distributed teams with good problem-solving skills and minimal supervision.

- Drive business growth by identifying and building innovative, strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize and scale these opportunities
- Own and develop a high-value network, opening opportunities for team members
- Build and lead a world-class, high-performing team characterized by entrepreneurial spirit, dynamism, and discipline
- Foster an environment of learning, sharing, and collaboration that empowers the team
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, with a good understanding of performance marketing partnerships
- Ensure operational rigor, including accurate sales forecasting and direct client management
- Proven leadership experience in setting strategic vision, driving revenue growth, and achieving outstanding operational results through performance measures, processes, and systems
- Experience in Brand and Commerce channels, as well as product management (building and scaling)
- Knowledge of digital advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
- Executive presence and gravitas to inspire and align teams around a common vision
- Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in rapidly changing environments to drive growth
- Hands-on coaching experience to develop client-oriented, consultative sellers with a track record of helping others succeed
- 5 years+ as Enterprise Sales Manager
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Business Messaging and Ad-tech practice
