For our growing Cairo team, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is excited about building reliable software, improving quality processes, and working closely with international colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Participate as a core member of our Testing Team
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and cases that ensure conformance with functional and non-functional requirements
• Execute tasks related to test planning, test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Ensure product quality through systematic test planning, execution, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers in Agile/Scrum teams to understand the business and technical context
• Proactively identify bugs and edge cases, root-cause and triage them
• Drive continuous improvement in testing strategy, tools, and processes

Requirements

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 4–8 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Solid experience in test automation and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with test case management, defect tracking, and automation tools
• Experience testing REST APIs, web applications, and mobile apps
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript scripting/programming is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

• Experience in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of performance or security testing
• Exposure to BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
• Passion for improving test efficiency and engineering excellence
