RPA Intern

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements to data-driven solutions and implementation of HR Robotic Automation Process (RPA) projects
• Build, develop and test RPA programs to support the realisation of RPA projects
• Document business processes and system requirements as part of PSA’s RPA methodology
• Take part in projects that involve extraction and consolidation of data from multiple sources
• Develop and design RPA programs using automation tools such as Uipath to guide operational decisions and solve HR related issues

  Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Analytics or relevant field
• Able to commit to a full-time internship (Jan - May 2026 or Mar - Aug 2026)
• Experience in RPA Programming using UiPath would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft products i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with an eye for details
• Strong interpersonal skills to work together with various stakeholders to solve problems
• High level of integrity; takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
• Possessing knowledge of other automation tools i.e. VBA scripting, Power Automate would be an advantag
