Job Purpose
Develop, maintain, and deliver complex reports and analysis for the Human Capital department. This includes working closely with stakeholders to comprehensively understand requirements, designing and developing advanced reports, ensuring that reports are accurate, timely, and insightful. Will also assist the Employee Relations Team with tasks as needed and carry out any work directed by the line manager.Functional Responsibilities
- Gather complex requirements from stakeholders and develop detailed reports and analysis to meet those requirements.
- Design and develop advanced reports using various reporting tools and technologies.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and provide valuable insights for business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data marts and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and usability.
- Work with other departments to ensure that reports are aligned with business goals and contribute to strategic decision making.
- Stay uptodate on the latest reporting technologies and trends, and implement best practices in the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Assist the Employee Relations Team with tasks as needed.
- Carry out any work directed by the line manager.
