KKBOX is seeking a passionate and experienced Design Manager to join our team and redefine the way people experience music. In this role, you will take ownership of key design projects, shaping the future of Taiwans leading music streaming platform while delivering seamless and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process: Own end-to-end design for key features, including research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and polished final designs.
• Create impactful solutions: Translate insights from user research, data analytics, and fan culture into innovative design solutions that deeply engage our audience.
• Strategize with product managers: Collaborate closely with product managers to define and evolve the product roadmap, contributing strategic design insights to steer product direction.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineers and data analysts to align design objectives with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Elevate design standards: Infuse KKBOXs unique brand and values into all designs, continuously raising the bar for user experience and visual quality.
• Mentor and inspire: Play a key role in building a collaborative design culture by mentoring team members and fostering strong partnerships across departments.
• Stay innovative: Keep up with industry trends to continuously explore and implement new ideas and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of product design experience with a strong track record of managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
  
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing impactful web and mobile designs, especially work that demonstrates your ability to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  
• Passion for music: A genuine love for music and fan culture, with insights into how these areas shape user behavior and product design.
  
• Design expertise: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and strong problem-solving skills for optimizing user journeys.
  
• Technical proficiency: Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with experience using prototyping tools to communicate design ideas effectively.
  
• Collaboration skills: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
