Recruitment Intern

Short Overview

 

Join our HR team as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition! Over the course of three months, you will collaborate with our HR professionals, hiring managers from different Business Units, and local Office and IT teams! You'll take part in real recruitment activities and develop practical skills that will support your future career in HR.

Note: the contract will be arranged through a Student Employment Cooperative (Studentsko-omladinska zadruga)

 

 

What You'll Do

 

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, talent acquisition specialist, and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback;
• Support the recruitment team in screening applications and organizing candidate information for review;
• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university portals, and other channels;
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and events, including career fairs and other employer branding initiatives;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and professional support throughout the hiring process;
• Generate basic recruitment reports and metrics to help monitor process efficiency;
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including notifying IT for access setup, preparing internal announcements about the new joiner, and ensuring all relevant teams are informed and ready for a smooth first day.

 

 

What We Are Looking For

 

Requirements

 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Psychology, or a related field;
• Interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player;
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms is not mandatory, but a plus.
