Job Description

We’re looking for a solid hunter and relationship builder to join our Sales Team in Poland. This role is all about growth: expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering real commercial impact in alignment with our global strategy. If you thrive on new business development, understand client needs, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Qualify and develop new business opportunities while growing your portfolio of accounts
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships by understanding business needs and positioning the value we bring
  • Nurture accounts to increase customer loyalty and long-term engagement
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing colleagues to maximise success
  • Consistently deliver a legendary customer experience that drives revenue growth
  • Use CRM tools (D365) to keep client information accurate and actionable

Qualifications

What You’Ll Bring:

  • A proven track record in sales and business development – new business and account growth
  • Hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, and motivated by results
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and spot opportunities
  • Experience in Learning & Development, consulting, or B2B sales (a plus)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial/start-up mindset – resourceful, resilient, and driven by growth
  • Fluent in Polish and English

Location: the office is located in Łódź, and some office attendance will be required.
