About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team across multiple departments. This internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

As a HR Talent Becari@ your main responsibilities will include:

Map and document main processes within area.
Ensure process documentation is compliant with Business Management Process standards and internal guidelines.
Act as a key-user for SAP: create and track Purchase Requisitions.
Support the control and review of Fact Check processes for accuracy and alignment.
Assist in controlling and reviewing onboarding documentation for completeness.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
A long-term intern available from November for 6 to 9 months.
Availability of 20-30 hours per week.
Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.

What you bring to the Team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and documentation skills.
