Our Customer Service Executive:

 

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
