Our Customer Service Executive:
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.
