Job Description

• The resource will be included in the IT team, will work alongside a more senior figure and will carry out activities relating to the configuration of IT devices for the Tirana office.
• What will you do:
• Helpdesk 1st and 2nd level in HQ Tirana;
• Maintenance and installation of computers and devices in the hardware and software sector; Support in daily IT activities;

Qualifications

What We Require:

• Knowledge of Windows/iOS/Android operating systems;
• Knowledge of network infrastructures;
• Knowledge of the Office package; Aptitude for problem solving;
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in English ,

Additional Information

The workplace will be primarily based at Auto1 Albania’s headquarters in Kompleksi Deliorgji, as well as at Rruga Dritan Hoxha – Kompleksi E-88, Lapraka, Tirana, depending on the company’s operational needs
