We Are Looking For:

Senior Learning & Development Specialist 

Your Future Role:

• Planning, organization and coordination of trainings, including large events such as onboarding sessions for new employees, 
• Implementation and coordination of development programs for employees in collaboration with business representatives in the area of training and development, 
• Providing support and advice employees regarding their professional development and the use of available training , developing communication about training and development activities for employees, 
• Creating, coordinating and evaluating and updating training programs in accordance with regional and global guidelines, 
• Cooperation with internal trainers and external training service providers, 
• Administrative support of the training process, including creation of purchase orders, processing of invoice payments, preparation of contracts with training service providers, 
• Preparing reports and analyses in the field of training and development, 
• Proposing improvements based on the use of new technologies, participation in L&D development projects. 

Apply If You Have:

• Fluency in Polish and Englis, both written and spoken, 
• 4 years of experience in the area of training and development, 
• Experience in serving as an advisor to employees in their professional development, 
• Experience in building, implementing, and evaluating development programs for employees, 
• Very good organization of own work and ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and timeliness of task performance, 
• Strong analytical skills. 

Nice To Have:

• Experience in conducting training sessions 
• Knowledge of the training providers market, and familiarity with trends in the training market and directions of its development.
