Job Description:

• Responsible for the leadership of the execution the Marketing Plan for Australia and New Zealand

• Alignment with global strategy, definition of activities, execution of activities

• Well-Known about key 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division products to propose actions to increase marketing

• Budget management, ensuring the use of the budget with the highest return and capitalization for the business

• Monitoring results in the execution of the plan, refining improvement points, and develop effective marketing promotion/programs with sales and Application Engineering team

• Demand planning based on Programs and portfolios.

• Validate in the industry the implementation of marketing activities, take the voice of the customer, and promote improvements

• Connect market opportunities with the activation of key actions in Marketing, segment management, and partnerships.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above

• MBA is preffered

• min. 2+years related working experience in marketing function or related industry

• Innovative, good analytical skills and strategicthinking

• Solid problem solving and execution

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Proficient MS-office
