Job Responsibilities:

Operation and maintenance of Utility and HVAC equipment, Dust Extractors, Chiller, Cooling tower, steam boiler, air compressor, DG sets and its accessories. Facility maintenance of service floor and utility areas. 100% compliance to cGMP documentation. Strengthening of DMS system. Optimization and efficiency improvement of HVAC and utility equipment. Compliance to EHS requirements. To maintain required inventory of spares/filters for HVAC, chiller, dust extractor and cooling tower. Timely AMC of HVAC and utility equipment. CIP identification and execution. Execution of planned projects. The above assigned responsibilities to be handed over to Mr. Pravin Naik in case of absence. To deliver the training at site on GMP topics, SOPs and other technical topics.
