Queensland is one of our fastest-growing markets. In the last 12 months, we’ve doubled our fleet in QLD and now we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us take things to the next level.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the QLD General Manager to grow our client base and support projects from lead generation through to job completion.

This role combines fieldwork, client visits and quoting with the flexibility of working from home. It’s perfect for someone who is self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage new clients (tilers, flooring contractors, builders, construction companies).
• Build strong relationships and secure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes tailored to client needs.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with operators to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track sales activities and report results directly to the QLD General Manager.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management (construction, flooring, tiling, or building products preferred).
• A proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of construction or flooring products (advantageous, but not essential — we’ll provide full training).
