Research Fellow and Clinical Support

• Clinical Psychologist with a passion for research and education/support
• Evaluate therapeutic outcomes
• Provide on-site support to provisionally registered psychologists and counsellors-in-training
• 0.8 to 1.0 FTE, Hawthorn East (including ideally, ability to work one evening per week)

About The Role:

As part of a Clinical Services team, you will establish two new roles (one position).

In the capacity as Research Fellow, you will:

• Implement, coordinate, and manage research projects within the Cairnmillar Clinic.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to evaluate therapeutic outcomes.
• Prepare reports and publications for peer-reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with Clinic and Faculty staff to ensure the successful delivery of research objectives.

In the capacity as a Trauma-informed Clinical Support, you will:

• Provide onsite support and day to day guidance to clinicians providing services via the TraumaConnect app.
• Provide direct support to clinicians or consumers as required in the event a clinical situation needs to be escalated.
• Provide opportunities for debriefing, secondary consultation and professional development.
