Join our team as an HR Officer and play a vital role in shaping a positive employee experience. You will lead onboarding, coordinate training programs, and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, supportive, and professional workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee onboarding, including preparing contracts, conducting pre-employment checks, scheduling inductions, and ensuring new hires are fully equipped with necessary systems and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve induction programs tailored to different roles and departments to support employee engagement from day one.
  • Monitor and support probationary periods by coordinating reviews with managers and providing guidance to ensure successful employee transitions.
  • Act as a key point of contact for new employees, addressing queries and providing support during their initial months to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Organise and manage internal and external training programs aligned with company policies and business needs, including scheduling, bookings, record-keeping, and budget tracking.
  • Assist managers in identifying training needs and development opportunities to support team growth and professional development.
  • Support the delivery of company-wide learning initiatives, compliance training, and workshops to ensure continuous employee development.
  • Oversee daily office management tasks such as coordinating suppliers and contractors, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining health, safety, and workplace compliance standards.
  • Facilitate staff engagement activities, wellbeing initiatives, and office events to promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and support HR reporting, metrics, and general administration tasks as required.
  • Social media content support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR, onboarding, training coordination, or office administration.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using HR systems and MS Office.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
