About the role:

We’re looking for a results-driven process improvement leader able to make decisions to drive and deliver measurable improvements across key construction projects at Sydney Water. In this hands-on role, you’ll coach teams, support high-impact initiatives, and uplift process maturity by applying innovative methods.

To be successful, you will have:

A tertiary qualification in engineering, business, project management, or a related field (with additional qualifications in portfolio, program, or project management highly desirable)
Minimum 10yrs experience in Infrastructure delivery best practice improvement.
Significant stakeholder engagement experience.
Ability to collaborate with peers across teams & business units to achieve outcomes.
Advanced Technical writing skills.

Important: This is a Business Process Lead role focused on supporting the planning and development of Water infrastructure construction projects.

It is not a digital or IT infrastructure role. Applicants will only be considered if they have relevant experience in Water infrastructure development, delivery and construction.
