About The Role
- Hybrid and remote working arrangements available
- 0.8FTE – 1.0FTE (flexible work arrangements available)
- Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
- $102,303 – $107,362 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Corporate Services Directorate, the People and Culture Business Partner works to provide strategic advice to staff and leaders to ensure effective end to end employee lifecycle management. Provide coaching and support, keep up to date with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines, and lead Health, Safety & Wellbeing and Employee Value Proposition projects.
About You
You will be an experienced HR professional with excellent operational skills, judgment, and a willingness to work collaboratively. You will have previous experience with ER/IR laws, performance management, implementing new processes and procedures, OHS, and a demonstrated ability to support effective leadership and management coaching and capability building. An understanding of intersectionality, and experience working and communicating with a diverse audience is essential.
