Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.

Trial Capabilities Cork ensures clinical trial sites meet Regulatory and enrolment requirements which will facilitate patient enrolment in our Clinical Trials. We also support site activities through to close-out, helping deliver medicines globally. The intern will join the country team, providing administrative and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with country-level trial setup, documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Support communications with trial sites and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to data integrity checks and reporting
  • Upload and archive documents in clinical systems in line with regulatory and internal standards
  • Prepare metrics, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to project updates and planning discussions
  • Prepare final deliverables including a technical report and presentation summarising your contributions

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in 3rd level education preferably in a scientific or health related field and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program
  • Candidate is capable of working as part of a team
  • Good Organisational, prioritisation and Communication Skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices would be appreciated
