Trial Capabilities Cork ensures clinical trial sites meet Regulatory and enrolment requirements which will facilitate patient enrolment in our Clinical Trials. We also support site activities through to close-out, helping deliver medicines globally. The intern will join the Portfolio Support Centralized team, providing administrative and technical support to the Trial Capabilities team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with Printing & Shipping activities.
- Upload documents in diverse systems according to team needs.
- Accountable for accurate and complete data entry of clinical trial information into various clinical trial systems throughout the life of the trial.
- Ensure appropriate archiving of documents to meet Lilly record retention policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in 3rd level education preferably in a scientific or health related field and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program.
- Candidate is capable of working as part of a team.
- Good Organisational, prioritisation and Communication Skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices would be appreciated.
