Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Udaipur - Ashoka Palace - J-Grades

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies for secured business loans.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to meet and exceed loan sales targets.

Identify potential business clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close secured business loan deals.

Evaluate and analyze client creditworthiness and loan eligibility in collaboration with the credit team.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies regarding loan documentation and disbursement.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Facilitate training and development sessions for sales staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

Collaborate with other departments such as credit, operations, and marketing to streamline loan processing and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in secured business loans or commercial lending.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.

Strong understanding of secured lending products, credit appraisal, and risk assessment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Leadership abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
