Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to join Pointwest Innovations Corporation. In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard healthcare professionals—including nurses, coders, and billers—for US-based healthcare facilities. You will collaborate closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful placements while delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work night shift/US time zones.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
