Description

Yale University, Department of Economics: Openings at Assistant, Associate, and full Professor levels. Specific number and ranks of appointments depend on budgetary approval; some appointments may be joint with the Jackson School of Global Affairs, the Department of Statistics and Data Science, or the Department of Computer Science. The successful applicant will be expected to teach courses in their field of specialization within Economics, and to engage in research. 

Qualifications

For appointments at the starting Assistant Professor level, applicants must show promise of outstanding scholarly achievement and the Ph.D., or equivalent degree, must be completed, or its completion should be expected within the first year of appointment. Applicants for more advanced Assistant, Associate, and full Professorships must have a demonstrated record of scholarly achievement.
