Proposal Engineer - UAE National

Responsibilities:

1. Offer/Quotation Process

                                                               i.      Register and log all inquiries received in the database.

                                                             ii.      Review and evaluate received RFQ/Tender Documents & acknowledge the same in 24 hours. 

1. Contracts
2.                                                                i.      Review orders and ensure that the received orders are in line with our offer & interface the same into the data base. 
3.                                                                i.      Order execution and Coordinate with all relevant departments including but not limited to Expediting, Local & Foreign Procurement to ensure that all contracts are executed in a proper and timely manner by meeting the promised dates. 
4.                                                                i.      Ensure that all relevant files are kept in both soft and hard copies as per the format provided for all inquiries and tenders as per the company procedure.

• Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Engineering.
• Minimum sales experience of 0-3 years in Oil and Gas piping industry field.
• Good communication in English.
• Should be willing to work as per office timings (8am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday)
• Should have a Family book.
