Your Team

You'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Pune. We're a team of Human Resource Service Delivery unit.

Your Expertise

• • bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
• • 1 to 3 years of relevant in house/outsourced payroll operations experience
• • advanced Microsoft Office skills
• • meticulous, structured, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• • good understanding of APAC Payroll and Tax
• • strong customer focus and communication skills
• • ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• • ability to work in APAC / General shifts
• • ability to handle sensitive data
• • a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision (you can micromanage yourself)
• • a great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
• • organized and detail oriented
• • proactive and a good team player
• • fluent in English
