Key Responsibilities:
- To liaise with operational functions on the processing of CPR policies and credit control matters.
- To assist Underwriters in the completion of pricing sheets and account documentation.
- To assist in exposure management and portfolio analysis.
- To assist Underwriters with sector, country and company research reports and due diligence.
- To engage in appropriate Underwriting training and development (both internally and externally).
- To monitor and respond to changes in regulation and compliance requirements.
Required Experience:
- Educated to Degree level.
- Desire to work towards ACII and/or CFA (or equivalent) qualifications.
- Active interest in global current affairs, politics and financial markets.
- Excellent IT skills: including intermediate Excel (ability to use formulas effectively and produce graphical data), and other Office and Adobe applications.
Strong Numerical Skills.
