Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), fixed assets, and bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement automation tools to streamline finance processes such as invoicing, payments, and reporting.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue invoices, track collections, categorize receivables, send payment reminders, reconcile ledgers, assess write-offs, update credit terms, and prepare detailed AR reports.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Review supplier invoices, reconcile vendor statements, resolve disputes, classify expenses, ensure compliance with tax deductions (e.g., TDS), and prepare AP aging and cash flow reports.
  • Fixed Assets: Maintain the fixed asset register, record depreciation, verify assets, monitor CapEx, record disposals, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Perform timely bank reconciliations between bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining audit-ready records and assisting in due diligence activities.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, and operations) to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and perform cost structure and profitability analysis to support business decision-making.
