Job Description
- Daily monitoring of our production envinronment
- Incident, Problem and Change management
- Setup and maintenance of the test envinronment
- Testing of the new product versions
- Generate internal reports
- Customer contact by phone or mail (German and English)
- Documentation (manuals and knowledgebase)
- Weekly internal conference calls
Qualifications
- >1 year experience in IT support role
- Knowledge of Service Manager 9 and ServiceNow (or another ticketing system)
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 or higher
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012 or higher

- English B1
- German B1
