Job Description

• Lead and coordinate all design activities for high-rise, mixed-use, and mega-development projects from concept to design finalization.
• Manage and integrate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural, MEP, façade, transportation, and specialist consultants.
• Oversee the preparation of design documentation, ensuring compliance with international codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, construction, and client teams to align design with overall program schedules and budgets.
• Drive design innovation while balancing constructability, cost efficiency, and sustainability goals.
• Conduct design reviews and quality audits to identify risks early and ensure design excellence.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across all stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of design challenges.
• Monitor and control design scope, including managing change requests to avoid scope creep.
• Ensure all design deliverables are delivered on time and meet the highest professional standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing design for high-rise, mixed-use, or mega-development projects.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary design teams through complex design development phases.
• Strong technical understanding of structural systems, building services, and large-scale integration challenges.
• Proficiency in BIM and advanced design coordination tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
