• Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and craft search strategies that deliver results.
• Learn to assess talent beyond the resume through structured phone interviews and real conversations.
• Craft compelling job ads that attract the best talent in the market.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and managing the candidate experience.
• Offer thoughtful career advice and become a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients.
• Track and reflect on your progress with data-not as pressure, but as feedback to help you grow.
• Work closely with a supportive team that celebrates wins together with offsite trips and team experiences across Asia.
