What You’ll DoAs Guest Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the lobby and the guardian of guest satisfaction. You’ll lead with empathy, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the JW promise of thoughtful luxury.
Your Role Will Include:
- Orchestrating the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring seamless, personalized, and elevated experiences.
- Leading and inspiring front-of-house teams to deliver service that is intuitive, warm, and impeccably executed.
- Resolving challenges gracefully, turning moments of friction into opportunities for delight.
- Championing guest feedback, using insights to continuously refine and enhance our service culture.
- Collaborating across departments to ensure every guest interaction is aligned with our brand values and operational excellence.
- Maintaining a visible presence in public areas, engaging with guests and associates to foster a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
You are a natural host, a confident leader, and a detail-obsessed innovator. You thrive in dynamic environments and believe that luxury is not about excess—it’s about intention, care, and connection.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or related hospitality role.
- OR a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (no experience required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and inspiring teams.
- A calm, composed presence with the ability to lead through complexity and resolve issues with poise.
- Passion for service excellence and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
