DP World is seeking for an experienced IT Controller - Europe to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide professional support to the IT department and Financial Planning & Analysis department by setting up reporting, support budgeting and forecasting process. You will play a critical role as Finance Business Partner for IT for the European Region.

How you will contribute

Setting up monthly reporting.
Support the month end close process for the IT SG&A department and support the variance analysis for actual results vs. budget / latest forecast.
Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process related to the European IT SG&A department, by setting up meetings with the various budget owners, maintaining the budget / forecast files, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, upload the budget into the business planning and consolidation software.
Ensure monthly charge out amounts from IT SG&A into the locations is posted accordingly per the corporate guidelines and communicate actual / budget / latest forecast charge outs to other SG&A departments / sites.
Maintain and report the monthly capital / lease expenditures for the IT SG&A department in comparison with budget / latest forecast.
Be the Finance Business Partner for IT.
Provide ad hoc analysis on business as required by management / IT SG&A department.
Continuous improvements in processes through system or excel driven automation, driving efficiency.
Be able to handle and manage confidential information.

What you will bring

Bachelor or Master in Accounting, Finance or related field with accountancy qualifications
Relevant experience in the finance or accounting field, with at least three years as a financial analyst.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Must be numbers oriented and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
Solid modelling skills in MS Excel, knowledge of SAP/BPC/Oracle/BI tool is considered as a plus.
Fluently in English - German will be considered as a plus.
Flexibility to travel.
