Executive Officer

Executive Officer in the Department of Emergency Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 533059) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

 

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a tertiary institution, or a healthcare related field. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills; the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. Knowledge of design software would be an advantage.

 

Applicants should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, a good team player, capable of multitasking, and attentive to detail. The appointee will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management, including but not limited to human resources, finance, research administration, managing social media platforms and marketing materials. They may also be assigned other duties as necessary. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
