Role Summary

Responsibilities
We are SEEKING talented individuals with the desire to grow & learn as an Analyst within one of the following areas:
- Trade Management – This role supports trade management functions for Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Bank Loan Trades including margin services and onboarding.
- Distribution and Funding – This role plays the part of supporting our venture capital receipts/distribution management service, including Cash Management and Securities Lending.
- Reference Data Services – This role includes support for security, account, broker, and derivatives reference data services.
- Risk and Controls – This role provides oversight support for Investment Book of Record (IBOR) accuracy and risk initiatives to streamline operational processes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- Industry experience with Investment Management or Asset Management
- Knowledge of Trading Support, MO products, and third-party vendor oversight
- ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) Operations and Collateral Loan Obligations (CLO) Fund Operations Experience (Core product knowledge and the mechanics of its trading lifecycle, including collateral management, settlements, clearing, reconciliations, et cetera)
- Technical skills – Knowledge of MO systems (i.e. Charles River IMS, SQL or similar)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build strong relationships with Front Office
- Initiatives taking, process improvement experience
- Adept at managing complex issues, identifying alternative solutions and recommendation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
