About the Role
Our Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management (I&AWM) practice works with leading insurers and asset managers to help them navigate a complex and evolving business environment. We bring expertise across regulatory advisory, risk and control advisory, sustainability advisory, and internal audit to help our clients manage risk, meet stakeholder expectations, and deliver sustainable growth.
We work across the full breadth of the I&AWM sectors, providing practical advice and delivering innovative solutions that make a tangible difference to regulators, customers, and investors. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects alongside specialists from multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
Deliver client-facing advisory engagements across the four core competency areas.
Support the management of workstreams, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, and timeline.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Apply problem-solving skills to design practical, commercially viable solutions.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and bids.
Support, coach, and develop junior team members.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory change.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: regulatory change, risk management, governance, internal controls, financial reporting controls, sustainability/ESG advisory, internal audit.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how complex organisations operate.
Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
