Senior Key Account Manager Event Production (m/f/d)

Your Mission

The right candidate will be motivated and aspire to further build our capabilities in the Event Production unit beyond “standard” event technology projects and will strategically expand our market reach. 

• Identify key account opportunities with new and existing clients primarily in the Event Production Unit, within the event industry across the UAE and other locations in the Middle East.
• Develop and manage a strategic network to acquire new clients and business relations.
• Establish and maintain key accounts and expand our already substantial client base with new clients.
• Develop existing customer relationships as aligned with our sales and marketing strategy.
• Act as a key point of contact with relevant stakeholders of existing revenue generating accounts, cultivating strong company-client relationships.
• Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients to ensure customer retention and confidence in the brand.
• Conduct intensive market and competition observation and derivation of activities with active feedback to inform sales planning and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Project Management to identify the ongoing and future business needs.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in sales/ business development along with technical knowledge (audio-video-lighting) in the event industry in the Middle East.
• Experience with an AVL system integration company is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of technical, business and contractual correlations in depth and detail.
• Strong and confident communicator.
