Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings across various platforms
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews with potential candidates
Help maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management
Conduct research on industry best practices in talent acquisition
Support HR initiatives, including employer branding and outreach efforts

Requirements

Recent Graduate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
