In This Role You Will

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) (f/m/d) at deskbird, you’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies on a mission to make hybrid work seamless for organisations worldwide.

Join our 12-month Development Program, guided by our experienced Business Development Manager in our new Barcelona hub, where you will: 

• Learn everything about the early stages of the sales process, including building awareness, qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and providing a top-tier pipeline to our Sales Team. 
• Gain foundational Account Executive skills such as negotiation and closing. 
• Take on real challenges daily to support your growth, all within a dynamic, flexible, and fun environment.

What You Need To Be Successful

• Based in Barcelona - While we embrace remote and flexible work, we encourage in-person collaboration at our Barcelona hub at least 3 times a week to foster a strong team spirit.
• Fluent in German & English - Native-level proficiency is required, as you’ll be covering these markets.
• Comfortable with cold calling - You’re confident making 100+ calls a day and see every conversation as an opportunity.
• Goal-oriented - You’re motivated by targets and always want to go 100% and beyond.
