• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

• Monitor account performance and ensure service-level agreements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports and present account updates to management.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
• Competitive salary: $55,000 – $62,000 annually
