In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic communication and efficient problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through regular follow-ups and strategic meetings.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare client reports, performance summaries, and renewal documentation.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion or upselling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
