Sharpcontra is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Promotional Marketing Specialist to support and implement marketing campaigns designed to boost client visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate is results-focused, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands how to translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing promotional marketing campaigns across various industries
• Coordinate product demonstrations, events, and in-store promotions
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify key trends and strategies
• Support brand positioning by ensuring consistency in messaging and outreach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and logistics
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for internal use
• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or brand support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Willingness to travel for promotional events if needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Competitive salary: $63,000–$67,000 annually
