Senior Solutions Architect

Mission: The essence of this job

Work with large enterprise customers to architect and implement SGNL solutions to their most complex Identity and Access Management problems. Lead, advise, and support customers as they land and then expand their use of SGNL across their enterprise. Energetically contribute to SGNL’s growth and development. 

 

Outcomes: What you will do

• Master the SGNL product within 8 weeks of starting at SGNL and commence leading, advising, and supporting customer engagements
• Act as a trusted SGNL representative and subject matter expert in all customer interactions, building strong relationships, driving customer success, and accelerating adoption. 
• Plan and execute architecture and design engagements with customers.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Perform hands-on configuration, integration, testing,  and troubleshooting of the SGNL platform alongside customer personnel.
• Provide program management for customer engagements, including planning, tracking, and reporting to stakeholders
• Design and deliver high-quality project artifacts to customers.
• Generate enablement materials and train customers on the SGNL platform.
• Provide SGNL integration advice and direction to the administrators, developers, and owners of customer applications.
• Provide customer support using the SGNL customer support platform and process.
• Collaborate with customers and SGNL Product Management to drive product evolution and customer success.
• Collaborate with sales team members on customer up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Mentoring and onboard new or less experienced team members.
• Accommodate some out-of-hours work and being on-call as required.
• 25% travel required to customer sites.

Minimum Qualifications: What you have done

• 10+ years working with enterprise applications and SaaS
• 5+ years working within the IAM or security space
• 5+ years in a customer facing technical role
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management best practices 
• Understanding of enterprise identity and access management life cycle processes and standards
• Experience with enterprise web technologies, security, modern infrastructures, operating systems, database management, and cloud infrastructure platforms
• Ability to understand, configure, and integrate modern SaaS applications
• Experience with API-driven development and hands on experience using RESTful APIs
• Demonstrable scripting experience (Go, Python, Shell, etc.)
• Experience debugging systems and configurations
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to productively cross-collaborate with many teams

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience as a technical or implementation consultant in the IAM space delivering solutions to internal or external customers.
• 5+ years of integration software development experience with at least one modern language (Python, Go, Java, C#, etc.)

 

Additional Information

• Base salary range for this position: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year*
• Eligible to participate in SGNL's Equity Incentive Plan

* Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
